Learn to Swim
 
The Learn to Swim Program allows students to progress through a range of progressive levels at their own pace by gradually introducing and building on swimming skills in a fun and educational environment.

Beginner Level- Primary Skills and Stroke Readiness
This class provides an early introduction to the water and is designed to help students feel comfortable and safe in the water and learn essential elementary aquatic skills. Skills taught include breath holding, front and back float, entering water independently, introduction to front and back crawl.

Intermediate Level- Stroke Development
Intermediate class allows swimmers to further develop their swimming skills, techniques and endurance fitness. Skills taught include unsupported front and back glide, front crawl coordination with breathing, beginning back crawl arm action, elementary backstroke, introduction to breaststroke.
 
Advanced Level- Stroke Refinement and Skill Proficiency
Advanced class is designed to coordinate and refine key strokes; to polish strokes for better endurance. Skills taught include endurance training for front crawl and back crawl, refining breaststroke, introduction to sidestroke and butterfly, front crawl flip turn, introduction to breast stroke pullout, advanced skills.
